all of the leaves have fallen now, and we skipped out on raking them up.
now there is about 4 inches of snow on the ground, and my dogs are having a blast burrowing through it in the backyard.
we'll see if the snow gets shoveled...
all of my homemade gifts this year are ready to ship out, all that i need to do is write a letter to accompany them on their trip to michigan.
tomorrow is thanksgiving, and i am eager for green bean casserole. i think we will be busier at the cafe than we were last year.
after tomorrow here are the things i need/want to do:
decorate for christmas
attend winter garden aglow
go to the tree lighting on the grove
attend the boise christmas show at idaho expo.
seems reasonable, oh, and i have to do come up with an art project for my humanities class.
happy holidays!

fall is here
i feel like an old lady with the decorating bug i have caught, but i like it. it is nice to have a place of (y)our own to decorate however kitschy you want to. the scarecrows are in place, the halloween candy is just out of reach, and the pumpkins are waiting by the door. oh, fall.

...the day that my 3-year-old nightmare ended. By that, i mean the 17-year-old nightmare that occurred when I was 3.
Rest in peace Rot in hell.

cold hands, big smiles, open arms, happy heart.
i am so glad i can finally say that all of this work is finally paying off. the rest of the semester is not doomed, which is great. ryan is getting a different/better job, i am making time for him more and showing him everyday that i appreciate him (i hope) and things are finally falling in place.
i couldn't be more grateful.
